Return Policy

At Thuvin, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. We gladly accept returns that meet the conditions outlined below.


🛍️ Return Eligibility

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in new or gently used condition.

  • We only accept returns for products purchased directly from thuvin.com.

  • Items that included free promotional gifts must be returned along with the gift(s) to qualify for a full refund.


🔁 Return Process

  • All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival at our warehouse.

  • Once received and approved, returns will be processed within 3 business days.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.


💳 Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.

  • Refunds typically appear within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

  • Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

  • Returns made after 30 days are not guaranteed and may be issued as store credit at our sole discretion.


📦 Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If any item is damaged, missing, or incorrect, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To process your claim:

  • Retain the original packaging and take clear photos of any damaged items.

  • Email us at 📧 service@thuvin.com with your order number and issue details.

Claims submitted after 30 days may not be eligible for replacement or refund. Thuvin reserves the right to deny claims that are incomplete or submitted beyond the eligibility window.


🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Items marked as “non-returnable”

  • Products returned without prior contact or in unsellable condition


🔐 Return Policy Abuse

Thuvin monitors return and refund activity. We reserve the right to limit or decline returns in cases of excessive return frequency, suspected abuse, or prior accommodations made in good faith.
