📦 Standard Shipping (U.S. Only)

Western U.S. 3–5 Business Days $5.95 (Free over $59.99)
Eastern U.S. 7–15 Business Days $5.95 (Free over $59.99)

Orders over $59.99 qualify for free standard shipping automatically at checkout.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day.


🚚 Shipping Notes

  • All shipping timelines refer to in-stock items only.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

  • Delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


📮 P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We currently ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS Standard Shipping. Please allow up to 14–21 business days for delivery.


📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are shipped from our warehouse in California.

  • We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

  • All orders are subject to credit card authorization and verification prior to processing.


❌ International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. All orders must be billed and shipped within the United States. We are working on expanding our global availability—stay tuned!

Thuvin is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments delivered to third-party forwarding services. Once a shipment has been accepted by a forwarding agent, responsibility for the package lies with the receiving party.
